A fine-jewellery creation changes gently with the life lived around it. The Maison offers considered guidance and service assessment so its finish, setting and meaning can be protected over time.
Inspection
If a setting catches, a stone appears to move or a clasp changes, stop wearing the piece and contact us. The Concierge will arrange an appropriate assessment.
Cleaning & service
Professional cleaning, polishing, resizing and repair are considered according to the design, metal, stones and condition. Any charge or limitation is confirmed before work begins.
Documentation
Keep purchase, grading and service documents together. Client Access provides a discreet point of return to the Maison and its private services.
